The 'e' series clip with its unique design offers a lightweight, low-cost rail fastening. Spring and torsion work together to provide a high clamping force, excellent resistance to rail rollover, and longitudinal restraint.
Weld-on shoulders are designed to be used in special trackwork locations that do not permit the use of standard pandrol plates. Weld-on shoulders are designed to provide optimum lateral resistance and maximum clip toe load.
Used as part of a fully captive system or as a stand-alone component. This clip exceeds all AREMA tie assembly and elastic fastener tests. It is the most widely installed resilient clip on concrete ties. Its positive lock prevents the clip from working out of the shoulder.
'e' clips, along with all other direct fixation, provide rail alignment under all work conditions, which keeps your rail on track. They also ensure that your rail doesn't bend or wap, prolonging the life of your track.
